The Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) has assured that it is working to resolve intermittent technical challenges affecting the payment of taxes through the Ghana.gov platform. The challenge, which started on Friday, August 14, is affecting some payments initiated through the Integrated Customs Management System (ICUMS), Integrated Tax Administration System (ITAS) and Ghana Integrated Tax Management and Information System (GITMIS). The Ministry of Education has directed the Ghana Education Service (GES) to reinstate the boarding status of a 14-year-old student of Bolgatanga Girls’ Senior High School (BOGISS) who allegedly suffered sexual assault by two security men at the school.
