    Christian Council forms committee to revive National Cathedral Project

    The Christian Council of Ghana has constituted a technical committee to examine options for reviving the stalled National Cathedral project and determine a practical path towards its completion. The committee, comprising representatives from different Christian groupings, has been tasked with developing a workable funding framework within one month, while also making recommendations on the project’s location and other outstanding matters.     Ex-convict and Takoradi Technical University student jailed for stealing and abetment

    A Tarkwa Circuit Court has sentenced a 21-year-old ex-convict, Kingsford Quarshie alias Cash money, to eight years imprisonment in hard labour for causing unlawful damage, unlawful entry and stealing.     Dafeamekpor accuses IMF of meddling in Ghana’s internal politics

    Majority Chief Whip Rockson-Nelson Dafeamekpor has hit back at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) over its concerns about political influence in appointments to the boards of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs), accusing the Fund of crossing into Ghana’s domestic political affairs.     Community Service Law will decongest our prisons – POS Foundation boss

    Police to use Traffitech to enforce road laws with less human interference from Oct 1
