    Ghana has earned significant global recognition after being ranked the 4th freest country in Africa and 46th worldwide out of 164 countries in the newly released Freedom and Prosperity Index by the Atlantic Council’s Freedom and Prosperity Center. The West African nation recorded a solid score of 73.2 points, placing it in the “Moderate Freedom” category. Only Seychelles, Cape Verde, and Mauritius performed better than Ghana on the continent. Impressively, Ghana ranked ahead of notable African nations including South Africa and Senegal.
