    Bank of Ghana Report and Financial Statements 31 December 2025

    The Bank of Ghana recorded a much larger loss in 2025, according to its Annual Report and Financial Statements released on May 1, 2026. The Bank posted a loss of GH¢15.63 billion for the year ended December 31, 2025. This represents a 65% increase from the GH¢9.49 billion loss recorded in 2024. At the Group level, which includes its subsidiaries, losses also rose to GH¢15.29 billion, up from GH¢9.41 billion the previous year.
