Former Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia has paid a courtesy visit to the Ga Mantse, Nii Tackie Teiko Tsuru II, as a show of solidarity and support.
During the visit, Dr Bawumia conveyed his heartfelt well wishes and offered prayers for the Ga Mantse’s full and speedy recovery. The engagement was described as cordial and respectful, highlighting the enduring bond between political leadership and traditional authority.
Dr Bawumia expressed concern about the health of the revered traditional ruler and voiced his hope that he would soon regain full strength to continue his service and leadership to the Ga State.
He also reaffirmed the critical role traditional institutions play in promoting peace, stability and development within their communities.
The visit has been widely interpreted as a gesture of goodwill and unity at a time when the Ga Mantse is recuperating.
