The members of the GADANGME COUNCIL led by Honorable Ayikoi Otoo collectively contributed funds to support and sponsor the Capacity Building Workshop organized for the Ga Language Teachers Association (GALATA).

This generous contribution aimed to promote the teaching and preservation of the Ga language by equipping teachers with enhanced knowledge, practical skills, and updated teaching methodologies.

The workshop brought together Ga Language teachers from both private and public schools, creating a platform for learning, collaboration, and professional development.

To ensure wider participation and effective engagement, the training was organized in four cohorts across different dates and venues:

    Workshop Schedule

    – Cohort 1: 21st April 2026, Mamprobi E.P. Church

    – Cohort 2: 22nd April 2026, Tenashie Hall

    – Cohort 3: 23rd April 2026, Tema West Education Office Conference Room

    – Cohort 4: 24th April 2026, Oyarifa Presby Church

Duration: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM each day

This initiative reflects the commitment of the GADANGME COUNCIL to Ga education growth and educator empowerment. Members demonstrated unity, cultural responsibility, and support for continuous teacher development.

The workshop strengthened Ga language teachers’ capacity, improved classroom delivery, and contributed to preserving the Ga language. Special appreciation to every member who contributed financially.

Your generosity made this impactful initiative possible
