The Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) has declared Dr Gabriel Tanko Kwamigah-Atokple wanted in connection with ongoing investigations into alleged gold fraud involving SESI-EDEM Company Ltd.
In a brief public statement, EOCO said it is handling three petitions against the suspect and his company, all linked to a similar pattern of alleged fraud.
“No one is above the law and the fugitive will be brought before the law,” EOCO stated.
The office added that Dr Gabriel Tanko Kwamigah-Atokple is believed to be hiding in the Volta Region and urged the public to volunteer any information on his whereabouts.
